Returns & Refunds Policy

  • For Personalised itens:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 48 hours after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • All items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Original shipping charges you pay or we pay are not refundable
  • Invoice must be included in return package
  • No returns for orders that use a promo code or during any sales
  • We will gladly take care of any defective products. 
  1.  RETURN POLICY

At Voce Lindx we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement (unless the print came out poorly because of a low-quality print file).

We go to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, the Company accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by the Company's merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.

        2. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANTO TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

In the unfortunate event that you may receive a damaged product, please email vocelindx@gmail.com with your order number and the item SKU before you post the items back to us within 48 hours to report the item providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible. Our Customer Care team will advise you of the process to follow. Please do not return any goods Voce Lindx Ltd without agreed authorisation.

 However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Voce Lindx offers a free replacement or a refund.

 Once we have received your return we will insect the contents of the package and send you an email to inform you that we have received your return and notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and credit will be applied to via the original payment method you selected at checkout within 3-5 business days. 

Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order.

      3. SIZES EXCHANGES

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Voce Lindx will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds from Voce Lindx. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.

Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size

      4. FAILED DELIVERIES

If you are not available to receive your items, either due to not being available for a signature or you provided an incorrect address, we will not accept any liability. If they are returned to us, we will charge standard rate for a re-delivery.

If your delivery is refused or you missed your delivery and did not arrange a re-delivery or arrange collection from the courier or for international orders, if customs duty is not paid and the order is returned to us, a refund or re-delivery can only be made when the order is returned and received by us, the original delivery cost is non-refundable

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

Minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification via email, will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.

Although we are committed to ensuring the products you purchase from us are picked and packed with the utmost care, there may be times when there is a need for a refund or a replacement.

An item(s) has arrived damaged - In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged, you must contact us within two weeks from the dispatch date via our email: vocelindx@gmail.comPlease include a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions. We will send out a replacement and cover the delivery cost or provide a refund. 

An incorrect item has been received - In the unfortunate event that an incorrect item has been received, you must contact us within two weeks from the dispatch date via our email: vocelindx@gmail.com. Please include a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions.

You haven't received your order - If you have not received your order please contact our Customer Care Department via our email vocelindx@gmail.com. You do not need to place another order. Once your claim has been confirmed a replacement order will be sent within 3 working days. We will cover the delivery cost. Delivery of the replacement order will depend on location and will follow our standard delivery times.

You have changed your mind - If you change your mind on the product, please notify our Customer Care Department via email vocelindx@gmail.com within two weeks from the dispatch date of the order.

The item(s) will need to be returned to us in their original condition, with the order number and your name clearly marked on the outer packaging.  Once we have received the returned item(s), the value of the item(s) will be refunded to you. Please note that the cost of carriage (in either direction) will not be refunded in this case.
