    • For Personalised itens:

     DESPATCH TIMES

    We print and dispatch your order within 48-72 hours. Here, this refers to 2-3 working days and does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. 

    However, if you are in a hurry for your order, please contact us at vocelindx@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate your request. 

    DELIVERY TIME

    Some products have a delivery time between 4-20 business days. Products with this deadline will be specified in their description.

    1. Royal Mail 1st Class Post - For any small items that will fit through your letterbox. These will be delivered in 1-3 working days. 
    2. Royal Mail 48 Parcel - For any larger orders. These will be delivered in 2-5 working days. 
    3. DPD Local - DPD are our courier of choice. They offer a swift 24-hour delivery service. 

    NOTE:

    Our next day delivery service is available on selected products only. If you are not sure, or if the option is not available to you, please contact us via email at vocelindx@gmail.com to see if we can help.

    Next day delivery to mainland UK is available for £7.95 per delivery address + £6.95, is for the express print of your order and not for delivery. This means, in the unlikely event that DPD Local does not deliver your parcel on time, this express print charge is non-refundable. 

    If you place your order Monday - Thursday before 12pm, our courier DPD Local will deliver the next working day. A signature will be required. 

    If you place your order on a Friday before 12pm, DPD Local will deliver the following Monday. 

    For all orders placed after 1pm Friday, they will be delivered on the following Tuesday. In the case of Monday Bank Holidays, these will be delivered on the following Wednesday. 

    DPD does not make deliveries on Saturdays or Bank Holidays. 

     

    • For all other itens:

    DESPATCH TIMES 

    We aim for 1-2 working days for despatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec)orders may take 3-4 working days.

    We also have a Express Service which is for same day dispatch of your order if placed before 12pm ( Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays) for a additional  £6.99

    DELIVERY TIME

    UK Orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch. 

    If Express Service shipping option is chosen then orders once dispatched are delivered the next working day

BFPO/PO BOX ADDRESSES

We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK

Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery as prices will vary.
